Blending 1970s archives with modern parallels, MOOSAP explores the fractured memories of Sapang Palay. Displaced from Manila under the false promise of a better life, settlers faced severe neglect, eventually marching to Malacañang to demand basic necessities. This experimental film juxtaposes historical struggles with contemporary cycles of displacement, questioning how long a community must walk before their voices are truly heard and the cycle of empty promises finally ends.
