A detective tries to track down a masked killer who reappears every Halloween to wreak bloody havoc.
Some decent gore/kills wrapped up in a nonsensical story with subpar acting and even worse dialogue. Idea was there, everything else fell flat, including a twist that doesn't make a lick of sense or at the very least, contrived. 1.5/5
