Romi, formerly residing in the Emotions Kingdom, has to go on Earth to catch all the Teeniepings she accidentally released. To carry out her mission, she has to become a normal girl of Harmony Town, living and working in the Heartrose Bakery, and has to lead a double life. While she spends most of her time with her new friends or the Royal Teeniepings, she has to transform into a princess as soon as she sees a freed Teenieping around, as they like to wreak havoc in all of Harmony Town and try everything to not be caught!

The Jewel Teeniepings, special jewel-themed Teenieping residing in the Jewel Forest, are all released on Earth by a mysterious masked Teenieping by the name of Maskping. Romi, who now lives a normal life in Harmony Town, gets once again in charge of catching them all, accompanied this time by three very immature Teeniepings studying at the Teenieping School, led by the Royal Teeniepings (excluding Heartsping) who returned in the Emotions Kingdom.
