The first episode, Up Poom takes us to stay at a luxurious hotel in the heart of Bangkok. At Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, a 5-star hotel in the heart of the city, which has everything from restaurants, cafes, spas, swimming pools, and incredibly comfortable rooms. This is considered a chill and comfortable opening of the show, true to its name, Up Poom Pak.
In this EP.2, we are still at the same luxurious hotel in the city center because there is something that cannot be missed in this hotel, which is the food from the Room Service and the hotel's breakfast. I can tell you that it is very good, very delicious, not to be outdone by the name of a 5-star hotel.
And then we went to the province!! But this long-awaited trip, the trip that we expected to have a beautiful relaxing experience, turned out to be a disaster victim. What will happen? Let's see.
This episode, we are still in Bang Krachao, but since we struggled a lot in EP.3, today's activity is a chill activity, going to learn how to make tie-dye shirts and incense sticks. It's a new experience for both of us. The tie-dye shirts we made will be given to the lucky winners. After watching the clip, you can join the activity.
After being a victim of the Bang Krachao trip, the new trip we intend to come back to "rest" comfortably again. This time, the two of us have only one day free, so we will go on a one-day trip to Pattaya. But since we finished work at 6pm the day before, we decided right then and there to sleep in Pattaya first, so we can wake up early to travel. Before going to bed, we played the "Forbidden Words" game and found out that this is a game Poom isn't good at at all lol
This episode, we stayed in Pattaya for a full day. Let me tell you, this time, the two of us promised each other that we would really relax. We wouldn't be like in Bang Kachao. And then it came out as you can see. We didn't do anything at all. We just sat around and ate. But it was a good rest. Ready to go back to work.
This video came about because a friend of mine opened a "one-stop service" veterinary hospital called Pawsville Animal Hospital. Since I don't have any pets myself, I hadn't had the chance to use their services—but I know Poom has a cat, so I invited Mooyong (Poom's "fur-baby") to come and give it a try. This place offers a full range of services, including medical check-ups, treatments, vaccinations, bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, and even a pet hotel. There's a comfortable café where pet parents can relax while waiting, and they even offer fine dining options for the pets themselves. If you have a pet, I highly recommend checking them out!
We’ve finally arrived in Udon Thani! This is a 3 days 3 nights trip, so we're staying for a long time. If you think we're going to encounter any disaster, you're wrong! Our first day was actually super chill; we just spent the whole day leisurely eating our way through the city.
We're still in Udon Thani! Today, we're heading to "Khamchanod". Since Poom has been here before, he's taking on the role of tour guide for P'Chui. But before we set off, we enjoyed a delicious Vietnamese meal at VIETgetable, located right inside the Phukaning Hotel.
Since so many of you mentioned wanting to see us visit an amusement park, we decided to take this opportunity to head to Dream World! And since we were going anyway, we invited P'Bruce along as a special guest. He's been saying for years that he wanted to visit Dream World, so we thought we'd make that dream come true for him. A big thank you to Dream World—it was such a fun day out. If you'd like to try the rides or visit the spots where we took photos, feel free to follow in our footsteps—and don't forget to share your own photos with us!
In this episode, Poom and I went on a Mekong River cruise in Nong Khai province to see the Pan God San Krai (a landscape of thousands of rocky islets and shrubs). Before the cruise, we stopped by Wat Pha Tak Suea, which features a stunning viewpoint—I really recommend everyone follow in our footsteps and visit. This trip was incredibly fun; even though the weather was a bit hot, the entire journey was filled with laughter and happiness.
In this episode, we tried pottery for the very first time to create 10 special gifts for lucky buyers of the UP&POOM BESIDE photobook. I have to admit our skills aren't quite professional yet, but we poured our hearts into making these so that everyone who receives one truly feels special. We hope you will like the gifts we crafted with such care for you.
We actually really intended to work out today, but we ran into a few issues with the filming—we definitely weren't slacking off or being lazy! So, we changed plans and went to eat at Janhom instead. It’s a Southern Thai restaurant with amazing flavors; you should give it a try.
Our Phuket trip started during the Vegetarian Festival, so I decided to take Poom to try some vegetarian food. But first, whenever we visit a new province, we make it a point to pay our respects at the City Pillar Shrine before heading to Phuket’s massive Vegetarian Festival. Will Poom enjoy the vegetarian food? Will it be to his liking? Let’s find out!
It was the dream trip—the getaway I’d been longing for: just lounging around all day, then picking up groceries in the evening to cook a meal together, nice and chill, with no rush or exhaustion. But then it all fell apart because I had to hurry back to Bangkok to collect my passport. I really want to spread the word that someone else can actually pick up your passport for you! Haha.
You can’t just call us Up and Poom anymore—we’ve officially debuted as "Chef Up" and "Chef Poom". In this episode, we had the chance to learn Thai cooking at Blue Elephant in Phuket (there’s a branch in Bangkok, too). It was a fantastic experience; the atmosphere was fun and casual, and Chef Nooror was incredibly kind. Plus, the food we cooked turned out absolutely delicious. We also had the opportunity to dine at the Blue Elephant restaurant itself, and the meal was amazing. If you’d like to follow in our footsteps, you can visit either the Bangkok or Phuket branches.
Lately, the two of us haven't had much time at all—we've been working constantly and haven't really had a chance to take a proper break. So, instead, we thought we'd take everyone along to watch our fan meeting rehearsal. Rest assured, whenever we do have some free time, we'll definitely make sure to get some rest.
In EP.18, we're decorating the Christmas tree and celebrating New Year 2025 in a super warm atmosphere (you can see it from the fireplace on the TV screen, lol). We've captured some of the fun in this video. Here's some happiness to share as the year ends.
Kicking off the new year, we just had to go on a pilgrimage to nine temples to bring good fortune for the year ahead. The atmosphere was wonderful—the weather was great, we successfully visited all nine temples, and fans joined in to make merit together. It was truly a fantastic experience.
In this episode, we're enjoying a laid-back trip around Paris on a day with a light drizzle (honestly, it drizzled every day while we were there haha). We got to stroll around and enjoy some delicious food. If you ever get the chance to visit Paris, feel free to follow in our footsteps!
For this "UP POOM Pak" it was supposed to be a time off for the two of us, but we ended up keeping ourselves incredibly busy. We set filmed videos to mark Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day—so I guess you could still call it a break, right? Haha.
On a relaxing day off in Bangkok, the two of us took the opportunity to stroll around the Red Building and Chatuchak Market—places we hadn't visited in a long time (or perhaps had never been to at all).
Today, I took Poom to try out the golf simulator for a bit. I wonder how fun it will be. I'm not sure how much fun it actually was, but the hitting was enough to put P'Pom right to sleep.
And so we're back at Blue Elephant again, after our previous cooking class at their Phuket branch. This time we came back to fulfill the promise we made to Chef Nooror to dine at the Bangkok location (there are two branches: Sukhumvit and Sathorn). We visited the Sukhumvit branch, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful—peaceful and lush, making it easy to forget you're right in the middle of the city. The incredibly delicious food made the experience even more delightful. Beyond the main Blue Elephant dining experience, the Sukhumvit branch also features "Monkey Pod", a spot for casual bites and drinks with a relaxed vibe under the shade of a large rain tree. If you'd like to follow in our footsteps, feel free to pay them a visit!
Happy Thai New Year! Wishing everyone lots of happiness. In this episode, we're taking you back in time to experience the laid-back (though admittedly hot) atmosphere while dressed in traditional Thai attire to pay respects to Buddha images and seek blessings in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.
After watching the Gel Boy series, we wanted to try getting gel nails done. So we decided to go do it together. Let's see how it turns out!
Another chill episode—we tried out "Personal Color" analysis for the first time. It was a real eye-opener!
This episode is super relaxed because we're just sitting around having a meal and partying at the Phumiphatsorn 1997 office. But chilling out like this is actually great—it gave us the chance to have so many conversations.
In this episode, we're back in Ayutthaya, strolling through the Ayutthaya Floating Market, chatting and enjoying boat noodles.
We're still in Ayutthaya. In this episode, we’ll shop for souvenirs and enjoy some river prawns, chatting and relaxing before heading back to Bangkok.
Strolling around and enjoying delicious food in Vietnam—from savory dishes and desserts to Pho and the country's famous egg coffee, plus authentic local cuisine. It was all absolutely amazing! Feel free to follow in our footsteps, or if you have any great recommendations, please share them.
UP POOM Pak Party at Poom Villa, JustUp X PHUMI PATSORN 1997. Relaxing 3 days and 2 nights in Hua Hin after the big event.
We came to Tokyo together for the first time. We had all sorts of plans, but in the end, all we actually did was eat—again! Haha.
After a morning workout, we're continuing our trip to the provinces with a laid-back visit to Suphan Buri.
Let's continue our trip to Suphan Buri. I just discovered that the museum here is truly spectacular. If you have the chance, you should definitely come and visit.
Since we've both been busy preparing intensely for our roles in a new series and haven't had time to go out together, we wanted to share a glimpse of our preparation process with you all instead.
Today, we're answering the questions you've sent in. I sincerely apologize if we couldn't get to every single one, but we've tried our best to select and answer as many as possible. We'll definitely do another Q&A session in the future if the opportunity arises.
A glimpse of our workday, followed by a walk and some games. We ended the day completely drained of energy—and slept soundly.
We had the chance to visit Shanghai together and had a little free time, so we shot some videos to share with everyone.
To celebrate reaching the 40th episode, we took the opportunity to have a get-together—enjoying delicious food and pleasant conversation.
We went to have some fun at BOUNCE. Poom got a few scrapes, but it was so much fun! I have to say, it's harder than it looks—but the staff at BOUNCE are there to teach and look after you. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely should; it's a great workout and super fun.
We haven't had time to go traveling lately, so we're sitting down to share some life updates with everyone. And we also surprised P'Up with a birthday celebration!
Let's update our New Year's resolutions.
Let's gather our favorite moments from UP POOM Pak in 2025 and share some behind-the-scenes stories that you might not know yet.
Here's a glimpse of the New Year's party atmosphere, including the Christmas tree decorations and the gift exchange. Happy New Year 2026 once again!
Back again with a party at Phumipatsorn! Come tour the newly renovated office!
Our 9-temple pilgrimage is back! But this year is special because we're going to Ayutthaya! It's a new way to visit temples, but just as fun as before. We also have a special activity for everyone to participate in. Just comment, like, and share, and include the hashtag #UpPoomพักEP47 for a chance to win one of two exclusive postcards from us!
Taking you behind the scenes of our Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year content shoot!
When you go to Ayutthaya to visit the temples, you have to try Ayutthaya boat noodles. Here are three fantastic spots to check out—feel free to share your own recommendations, or go ahead and follow in these footsteps!
UP POOM PAK has reached its 50th episode!!! And we’re still going strong. Thank you to everyone who has followed along up to this point.
Let's go visit the One Piece event at Lumphini Park! Came in with a full plan to hunt for treasure but the moment we arrived... we ended up resting, which is just like the concept lol
For this Chiang Mai trip, the plan is to visit the temples and try out P'Pom's legendary restaurant.
Hang out with Wawa for a chill day of eating and drinking in Silom! Are we actually going to relax, or end up even more tired?
Chilling and relaxing at ibis Styles Bangkok Silom.
Happy 2nd anniversary, Toobtub. Thank you for everything. Here's to year 3 together. Stay happy, everyone.
For P'Justin's birthday, we gathered up the whole gang to celebrate with gifts, cake, and candles. One epic celebration!
