From batting to batter, Freddie Flintoff realises his dream of running his own fish and chip shop, travelling the UK in a specially-made mobile chippie.

Forget winter, Freddie's Fish Bar is coming, heading to Northern Ireland and a famous Game of Thrones filming location. Freddie dusts off his boxing gloves, too.

Next stop: the West Country. Freddie and adventuring sole-mate Rob march on, attempting to surf the Severn Borne, before bonding with an alpaca.

Pulling up in Scotland, Freddie and Rob try to make a good impression on their hosts by battering some chocolate bars. They also have a go at caber tossing.

More appetites are satisfied as Freddie and Rob move on to the South East, taking part in a treasure hunt on the River Thames and, later, the Battle of Bosworth.

Coming full circle, the boys conclude their adventure with a trip back to Lancashire, finishing with a feast at the cricket ground where Freddie made his name.
