Berlin in the early 1990s: Hans-Georg Dahlmann, as head of the Treuhandanstalt, is one of the most endangered men in reunified Germany and a target of the RAF.

Suddenly shots are fired and Dahlmann dies. With Bettina Polheim's help, Sandra manages a breakneck escape from the BKA, which believes Sandra to be the assassin.
