The Boundary Between The Sun And The Moon

A film dedicated to the memory of the late Tsend-Ayuushiin Jamyansen, a police colonel and state law enforcement advisor who worked in the Mongolian police force from the 1970s to the 1990s and was renowned for his ability to solve every serious crime. The film tells the story of police officers who, 25 years later, are using their extraordinary professional skills to solve the crimes of "Nudniy", "Ganbatyn" and "25 Thousand" in which the wages of workers at the Iron Works were stolen and two people were killed.

Jánošík

Jánošík has been topic of many Slovak and Polish legends, books and films. According to the legend, he robbed nobles and gave the loot to the poor. The legend were also known in neighboring Silesia, the Margraviate of Moravia and later spread to the Kingdom of Bohemia. The actual robber had little to do with the modern legend, whose content partly reflects the ubiquitous folk myths of a hero taking from the rich and giving to the poor. However, the legend was also shaped in important ways by the activists and writers in the 19th century when Jánošík became the key highwayman character in stories that spread in the north counties of the Kingdom of Hungary (present Slovakia) and among the local Gorals and Polish tourists in the Podhale region north of the Tatras.

St. Peter

Saint Peter, a reluctant but passionate leader, from the crucifixion of Jesus to his own. The film's first half dramatizes the New Testament's "Acts": early fear, the renewal of Pentecost, Saul's conversion, the decision to baptize pagans, and the Apostles' dispersal. Paul's death brings a crisis to Rome's Christians and to Peter; lessons from Jesus's teachings guide his decision to stay. Events within the fictive household of Persius, a Roman aristocrat, capture the upheaval that Christian teachings bring to the Eternal City.

At dawn on October 7, 2023, thousands of Israelis were awakened by a seemingly routine rocket terror attack from Gaza. Within a few hours, their world would change forever. Using personal accounts of the fates of seven survivors, the documentary reconstructs the darkest day in modern Israeli history, when 3,000 Hamas terrorists and their murderous followers invaded civilian communities in southern Israel, stormed an electronic music festival, and killed 1,195 people. Among the contemporary witnesses who speak is Yuval Raphael, a survivor of the Nova Music Festival massacre, who had to hide among corpses in an air raid shelter and, after overcoming the trauma, will represent Israel at the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest with her magnificent singing voice. But Mazal Tazazo, Millet Ben Haim, Hadar Or Elmakias, Guillermo Rochman, Guido Kohan and Shye Weinstein also describe their sad experiences.

A Failed Peace, The Mistakes of The Treaty of Versailles

At the end of WWI, the treaty of Versailles established the conditions for peace in Europe. The aim for the victorious powers was to make Germany pay reparations, and to guarantee a future without war. Yet a decade later, the denunciation of 'Versailles' became a powerful lever for the nazis to obtain power as these reparations would mark the beginning of the humiliation of the German people, and nurture a feeling of having been bestowed a hopeless future. In the 20 years that follow the end of WWI, the issue of reparations and responsibility will effectively poison international relationship. The treaty negative impact goes well beyond WWII as the new European borders it implemented led to many conflicts during the twentieth century. This documentary shines a light on the causality between the decisions taken with the treaty of Versailles, and the ensuing events of the century.
