In 1822, Toussaint Rouveyre, a former captain in Napoleon's army, returned to his village in the Ardèche after the defeat at Waterloo and a seven-year stay in America. There, he reunited with his family, persecuted by the Restoration regime. In order for his father to give him his share of the inheritance in advance of his permanent move to America, he needs the consent of his younger brother Antoine, a carpenter who is on the Compagnons' Tour de France. When Toussaint learns that his brother, a member of the Compagnons du Devoir (Devoirants) association, has been killed by a companion from the rival association, the Compagnons du Devoir de Liberté (Gavots), he is determined to find the murderer, a certain Tourangeau Sans-Quartier, and avenge his brother. To find this man, he joins the Compagnons du Devoir de Liberté incognito.
Monkey and bird best friends, Matt and Bird, have been studying humans very closely from their shared cage in the zoo. But everything they know about being human is based on what they've seen on TV. In each episode, Matt and Bird cleverly break out of the zoo in disguise in order to chase their dreams and fame...and quickly discover it's not so easy being human.
The story revolves around two Kandyn clans that lived during the early years of 1920. They were the masters of a form of martial arts and retained the ownership of the art as one of their clan's entities.
The shows featured the everyday adventures of a group of characters living on Pigeon Street, an area of flats and terraced housing in a British city, also home to several pigeons which appeared in each show but only occasionally featured in the plot. Characters included Clara the long distance lorry driver, her husband Hugo the chef, Mr Baskerville the detective, Mr Jupiter the astronomer, Mr Macadoo the petshop owner, and twins Molly and Polly, who were only distinguishable by the letter M and P on their jumpers.
Fakfah is the owner of Baan Mook Lom Rak, a homestay resort, and she’s at the verge of losing her nephew, Jakgrawan / Plawan, to his bad father, Koltheep, and also Baan Mook Lom Rak because Ayakupt’s company, Sirivaree Group, wants the Mook Lom island for their VIP project. Due to Ayakut’s bachelor ways, his mother forced him to get engaged to Darun, who have a crush on Ayakut’s older brother, Anawin. Ayakut ran away and got mugged by bandits, but got saved by Takom, Fakfah’s people. He though Takom was a bad guy and pushed him into the sea. This made Fakfah angry and she was going to take him to the police station, but Koltheep came to threaten her again for the custody of Plawan. Her lawyer therefore, advised her to get marry to increase her credibility.

Although they are ghosts, they are not the spooky kind that scares and does bad things to people. Friendly and playful, There, Here and Where are just like any human kids who are out there to have fun! Although their occasional ghost tricks like popping on and off and flying can surprise people, they are done for merriment, never in ill will. Though the ghosts do not meet each other, each one weaves his/her own story, developing friendship and leading happy life.
