Albert, is a scientist and alien whose hobby is creating new monsters, to create more kaiju. He targets the geostones and sends his space kaiju to Earth to create space monsters that he has created. Concerned that the Earth is in danger from these space monsters. V a space police officer, sees Scott’s courage in defending his village and gives Scott a belt that allows him to transform into a Rise Man! As the Rise Man, Scott fights against various monsters who want to destroy the Earth and take the Geostones to destroy the Earth and claim the Geostones.
