The Amazing Race Asia is a reality game show based on the American series The Amazing Race. On 17 October 2005, CBS gave other countries the chance to franchise The Amazing Race. The Asian cable TV network AXN Asia was among the first to acquire the rights to produce a version for its territories. The show is produced by Australian television production company ActiveTV, for AXN, in association with Buena Vista International Television-Asia Pacific. The host for the show is Singapore based Chinese-American actor Allan Wu. The ultimate prize is US$100,000, whilst the American show gives away US$1,000,000. The general manager of SPE Networks-Asia which runs AXN, Ricky Ow explained the smaller prize, saying, "It is not really about the money but the adventure and opportunity to be in one of the world's greatest reality shows".

It followed the lives of Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro through the events leading up to their anything-but-traditional wedding, culminating with the marriage ceremony and reception. The show first aired on MTV on January 21, 2004 and ran for 7 episodes. The final episode aired on March 3, 2004. Electra and Navarro were married on November 22, 2003. The couple separated on July 18, 2006, and Electra filed for divorce on August 10, 2006. On February 20, 2007 their divorce was finalized.

Daisy Does America is a hybrid reality/comedy series that premiered on TBS on 6 December 2005. The show, similar to British actress and comedian Daisy Donovan's previous outing for British television Daisy, Daisy, was adapted for US audiences by actors Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette for their Coquette Productions and distributed by Warner Brothers Television. In this unscripted program, Donovan attempts to follow the "American Dream" by blending in with ordinary people while at the same time poking fun at the individuals she is working with. Betty White's Off Their Rockers is an American reality comedy television series broadcast on NBC. A sneak preview was released on January 16, 2012 in tribute to Betty White's 90th birthday. The show officially premiered April 4, 2012. It is based on the Belgian TV format Benidorm Bastards. White hosts the series, and also serves as an executive producer for the show. On May 13, 2012, NBC renewed the series for a second season in the mid-season schedule. On July 11, 2013, The Hollywood Reporter reported that NBC had canceled the series, citing a drop-off in ratings and low DVR viewership.

The Voice Kids is a Belgian music talent show for aspiring singers aged 8 to 14, based on the concept of the show The Voice van Vlaanderen. The first broadcast took place on 5 September 2014 on VTM. The first season was won by Mentissa Aziza, the second by Jens Dolleslagers, the third by Katarina Pohlodkova, and the fourth by Jade De Rijcke. A fifth season is expected to premiere in late 2020 after a one-year break.
