Coffee Masters is a documentary by Miguel Kohan, produced by Lita Stantic, Gustavo Santaolalla and Walter Salles. It tells the story of great tango of the old guard who, summoned by a rock musician, proposing a record to demonstrate its validity. This adventure, full of memories, humor and poignant moments, culminating with a presentation of the Masters at the Teatro Colon.

Hutzul Land

“HUTZULSHCHYNA” produced by Kalyna Film Company in 1938, was brought from Western Ukraine by Mykola Novak, in order to acquaint the people with the life of the Ukrainian mountaineer. Hutzulshchyna is now divided by two Governments, part is occupied by Poland and another part is occupied by the Hungarian Government. The Hutzuls have lived through a very tragic episode in their struggle to regain their freedom from Poland, and recently from March 13 to March 30, 1939, thousands of Hutzuls were killed by the Hungarian Army in their fight for freedom.

The Festival

In a small countryside town, a group of friends, frustrated by the local monotony, decide to form a rock band to take part in their school's English festival. All of this happens under the watchful eye of the principal, Sister Ivone.

Krieg der Töne

The 12 year old Ina struggle to become a great pianist. Success depends on the music competition "Ein Herz für Mozart". Ina is sent by her mother's command to piano lessons. The piano teacher Holger produces in his free time experimental music from sound collages, but can not prevail with his works in the professional music business. Ina takes a liking to the sound collages of Holger and flees from her domineering mother to him.
